Job summary

Metrobank in Makati is seeking a Business Performance Management Officer to assist leadership in setting financial targets across Retail Banking. The role involves developing scenarios, proposing changes to scorecards, and ensuring data integrity in reporting databases.

You will analyze branch and sales performance, learn to prepare micro budgets and CAPEX budgets for BBS Units, and collaborate with multiple departments to derive actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking industry experience required.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Head in defining and setting financial targets for all business units of Retail Banking.
• Study, develop scenarios and propose changes in scorecards; establish standards and build channel utilization and profitability reports.
• Ensure timeliness, integrity, completeness and security of the department’s databases used for reporting.
• Analyze performance of branches/areas/regions and sales teams.
• Learn to prepare micro-level budgets and capital expenditures budgets for BBS Units.
• Collaborate with various departments to strengthen insights and business solutions.

Position Title:Business Performance Management Officer

Job Summary:

Assist the Department Head in defining and setting financial targets for all business units of the Retail Banking Sector

Help in studying, developing scenarios and proposing changes in the scorecards. Also, help in establishing standards and building channel utilization and profitability reports

Ensure the timeliness, integrity, completeness and security of the department’s database that are being used in generating reports

Assist the department head in analyzing the performance of branches/areas/regions and sales team

Learn how to prepare micro level budgets and capital expenditures budget for BBS Units

Develop your collaboration skills through coordination with various departments and units

Improve your analytical skills by providing insights and recommending business solutions

Qualifications:

Must have at least two years of related experience in the banking industry

Experience in using data visualization tools such as, but not limited to, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
