Job summary

SGL Manila (Shared Service Center), Inc. is seeking a Finance Process Excellence Analyst to gather and analyze data, measure SLAs and KPIs, and build dashboards that support business decisions.

You will also provide critical support during attrition to maintain continuity and stability. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting, and certification in Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Experience on Finance and Accounting
• Proficiency in generating and analyzing utilization and productivity reports
• Experience in maintaining and analyzing SLAs and KPIs
• Lean, Six Sigma certified, or other process improvement methodology certificate holder
• Experience with Shared Service Center operations (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to measure SLAs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize data.
• Analyze current processes and identify improvement areas.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends.
• Facilitate workshops and training on process excellence.
• Monitor and report progress of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Act as support resource during attrition to ensure continuity.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate attrition impact.
• Train and mentor team members to build process knowledge.
