Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Data Analyst, People Technology to apply Root Cause Analysis and ITIL practices across HR platforms. You will lead data quality audits, craft SQL-based diagnostics, and build operational HR reports to drive strategic decisions.

You will bridge HR operations and IT, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and reliable data lineage within enterprise HCM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR analytics, technical data analysis, or IT process analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Analytics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis, IT Problem Management, or troubleshooting technical systems.
• Working knowledge of enterprise HCM applications, cloud architectures, and IT service management concepts (ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Perform Root Cause Analysis on database anomalies and data pipeline issues to implement lasting fixes.
• Write, optimize, and run complex SQL queries for data validation and issue resolution.
• Conduct data quality audits, analyze incident trends, and assess risks across HR systems.
• Design, build, and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support executive decisions.
• Coordinate with HR operations, HR IT, developers, and vendors to translate needs into technical requirements and track progress.
• Document processes and contribute to a centralized knowledge base for system workflows.
