Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Data Analyst, People Technology to lead data quality, RCA, and reporting across HR platforms. You will collaborate with HR operations, IT teams, developers, and vendors to ensure accurate data lineage and reliable analytics.

Proficiency in SQL and ITIL-informed problem management is essential, with a focus on cross-functional communication and meticulous data handling in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires strong SQL proficiency for database QA, incident investigation and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and IT Problem Management.
• Knowledge of enterprise HR systems (HCM) and ITIL concepts is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis on database anomalies and data pipeline disruptions.
• Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to validate schemas and trace data lineage.
• Conduct data quality audits and risk assessments across HR systems.
• Design, build, and maintain HR reports and dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Act as liaison between HR operations, HR IT, developers, and external vendors.
• Document post-incident reports and grow a centralized knowledge base for system workflows.
