Job summary

Ubiquity seeks a Data Analyst in People Technology to ensure data integrity across HR platforms. You will perform database-level QA, investigate incidents, and generate dashboards and reports for HR leadership.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL skills, experience with RCA and ITIL concepts, and a track record in HR data analytics. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Analytics and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency in database investigation, data validation, schema inspection, and reporting.
• Hands-on Root Cause Analysis and ITIL-based problem management experience.
• Knowledge of enterprise HR systems, cloud architectures, and data governance concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Analytics or related field with 3+ years of HR analytics or IT process analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform database RCA & system integrity work to prevent data discrepancies across HR platforms.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to inspect tables, validate schemas, and trace data lineage.
• Conduct data quality audits and risk assessments of HR systems to mitigate data risks.
• Design and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, developers, and external vendors to translate needs into database requirements.
