Ubiquity is hiring a Data Analyst, People Technology, to drive data integrity across HR platforms. You will apply strong SQL skills, lead RCA, and partner with HR IT to ensure accurate data lineage and reliable reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in HR analytics or IT process analysis, plus a Bachelor’s in a related field. This role blends HR operations with IT capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven SQL query writing for data validation and investigation.
• Experience applying RCA and IT Problem Management to data issues.
• Working knowledge of enterprise HR systems and ITIL concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Analytics or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform database RCA and system integrity checks to prevent data issues.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to inspect tables and trace data lineage.
• Conduct data quality audits and assess incident trends across HR systems.
• Design and maintain operational reports and HR analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Document processes and contribute to a centralized knowledge base.
