Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Validate candidate and assignment data prior to submission and ensure correct screening packages.
• Track offer acceptances and manage follow-up actions.
• Execute hiring transactions in Fusion accurately and efficiently.
