Job summary

Pearson is seeking an HR Operations Advanced Associate to support various HR tasks in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. You will handle calls, emails, and mass communications, while coordinating interviews and offers across multiple HR systems.

The role requires solid HRIS skills, strong Excel ability, and customer service experience, in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling. Pearson promotes equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• College or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer service skills and call centre experience
• Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
• Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from a large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.
