Job summary

Pearson is seeking an HR Operations Advanced Associate to support multiple HR functions and ensure smooth operations. The role involves handling calls, emails, and campaign communications while leveraging Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will have college or technical training and strong HRIS skills, excellent typing speed, and solid customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service skills and call centre experience.
• Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
• Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.
