Qualifications

• Experience in a broad HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, or similar people-focused role.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and workplace regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using data and insights to support people-related decisions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic People Support: Partner with leaders to understand organizational needs and provide guidance on people-related matters.
• Support the implementation of people programs, initiatives, and process improvements aligned with business objectives.
