Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR operations or shared services experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for complex People Solutions inquiries and SLA-aligned support.
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems and accurate employee records.
• Collaborate with Operations and People & Culture to improve service delivery.
• Generate HR reports to support decisions.
