Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. is seeking a PSBP Generalist I to evaluate, analyze, implement, and administer HR programs in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to align HR activities with business goals, support employee relations and performance management, and maintain accurate records using HRIS and MS Office.

A university degree and 2–4 years HR experience are required; Workday experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, implement HR programs across employee engagement, compensation, and talent management.
• Provide consulting to managers on performance, HR policies, and talent management.
• Respond to employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HRIS tools.
• Report HR metrics to assist management decisions.
• Support candidate selection processes as needed.
