Job summary

Ventra Health, Inc. is hiring a People Services Partner in the Philippines to support the daily operations of the People Experience and Talent Management department.

This role provides broad exposure to benefits administration, onboarding, colleague relations, compliance, and policy enforcement, with a strong people-first focus. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain employee records, assist audits, and support performance management, training, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in HR administration or related role.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to colleague inquiries and route tickets to the appropriate People Partner or department.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires and administer onboarding surveys.
• Support employee relations and engagement while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain employee records and assist with audits and government filings.
• Support performance management processes and training programs.
• Draft, update, and enforce People policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate offboarding including clearance and asset retrieval.
