Job summary

The HR Supervisor will drive training, attendance, records, and administrative processes to support objectives and foster a productive hospitality environment, requiring strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR or related administrative experience.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, attendance, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and separation processes.
• Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.
