Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR or related administrative experience.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

The HR SUPERVISOR is responsible for leading the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and administrative operations to support organizational objectives and foster a productive work environment.
