Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, implement company policies, and support employee programs in the Philippines. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and administrative activities to ensure efficient, compliant HR processes aligned with company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and 3–5 years of HR experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor practices, and HR administration.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily HR team activities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Review manpower needs and coordinate with department heads.
• Conduct or assist with interviews and employee assessments.
• Maintain employee records and 201 files.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and other records.
• Support implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate orientation, training, and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government requirements.
