Job summary

Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts in the Philippines seeks an HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations, implement policies, manage recruitment, employee relations, training and administrative activities across our properties.

You will lead the HR team, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, maintain employee records, monitor attendance and leaves, and partner with department heads to meet staffing needs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Hotel, resort, hospitality or service-industry experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, labor practices, and HR administration.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the HR team.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Review manpower requirements and coordinate staffing with department heads.
• Conduct or assist with interviews and employee assessments.
• Maintain proper preparation and maintenance of employee records and 201 files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee records.
• Assist in implementing company policies, rules and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Coordinate employee orientation, training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and government requirements.
