Job summary

SosaJB Property Management Corp is seeking an HR professional to contribute to Employee Relations, HR operations, and general HR support. The role focuses on implementing performance management processes, handling labor relations tasks, and maintaining HR databases.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and has 2–4 years of relevant experience, with hands‑on PMS/PMDR experience and strong data reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Behavioral Science, Legal Management, or any related field
• Must have 2–4 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, Labor Relations, or HR Operations
• Experience in handling labor cases, disciplinary processes, and HR database management is preferred
• Hands‑on experience in: Implementing, and monitoring Performance Management Systems (PMS / PMDR)
• - Performance appraisal cycles, calibration, and rating consolidation
