MicroSourcing invites applications for a People and Partnerships Senior Specialist. This onsite role in Eastwood Libis, Quezon City, supports the P&P Account Manager and P&P Manager with clerical tasks such as reporting, meeting minutes, costsheet updates, and onboarding logistics.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Management, with 2–3 years CSR or admin experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years CSR or entry-level administrative experience in operations or support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Handle all administrative tasks related to accounts on shift.
• Track deliverables and report attendance for clients.
• Prepare payroll and other operations-related reports and forms.
• Assist in onboarding requirements and client-related requests.
