Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Lead) to oversee client operations and ensure high-quality delivery of services. The role acts as the main client contact across Microsourcing departments, supporting setup of Philippine operations and driving growth within the client operation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year leading a team, excellent English communication, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent; graduate studies advantageous
• At least 1 year experience in leading a team or supervising others
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
• Strong computer proficiency: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver exemplary customer service
• Fluent English written and spoken
• Willing to cover other shifts
• Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work
• Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, changing environments and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client regarding offshore team status
• Implement and monitor KPIs set by client or MS
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Track daily attendance and enforce standards
• Handle client and staff queries and issues
• Provide day-to-day operational support
• Prepare and maintain reports for management decisions
• Disseminate policy updates and company events to staff
• Develop schedules for outsourced staff and coordinate with client
• Report to Operations Manager and VP of Operations
