AMS is seeking a Specialist - People Operations to deliver operational HR support, improve HR processes, and enhance the employee and manager experience. The role involves documenting processes, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance while supporting a global team.

The successful candidate will join a diverse, inclusive environment with a hybrid work model, onsite presence 2x per month, and opportunities to grow with a leading talent solutions organization.

Formación

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior HR or People Operations experience is advantageous but not required.
• Proven experience managing operational processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to own assigned process areas and ensure service delivery standards.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HR processes and policies, including SharePoint and system pages.
• Respond to all incoming queries via telephone or email within SLA; escalate when necessary.
• Own workload distribution and support team members with prioritisation.
• Complete and oversee internal and external HR reports (regular and ad hoc).
• Act as SME for complex queries and escalations.
• Review allocated HR administrative processes with Team lead and Principal for efficiency and compliance.
• Communicate changes to HR processes within the HR Team and wider business.
