Intrepid Asia in the Philippines is seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to support onboarding, payroll, engagement, and HR reporting. You will partner with regional leaders to enable smooth people operations across multiple countries in SEA.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HR/People Operations role.
• Experience with onboarding, payroll, and HR reporting.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and benefits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and employee transfers.
• Support payroll processing and timekeeping.
• Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
• Generate HR analytics and reports to inform people decisions.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in implementing performance management and employee relations.
