Job summary

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or business, at least two years of HR experience, and strong communication and confidentiality. You will handle payroll coordination, training programs, and policy guidance for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a human resources role.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations and company policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with HRIS software and record-keeping processes.
