MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig is seeking a People Services Specialist to support HR operations, including onboarding, records management, offboarding, and disciplinary processes. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with local laws while contributing to a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interaction with employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end onboarding, maintain records, and support offboarding.
• Process employee data changes in HRIS with accuracy and security.
• Provide administrative support in discipline and grievance processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for onboarding, records, and policy queries.
• Follow SOPs and identify process improvements within People Services.
