Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks a People Services Specialist to deliver HR operations, including onboarding, records management, and offboarding, with a focus on policy compliance and a positive employee experience.

Reporting to the Head of Shared Services, you will support discipline processes, maintain confidential data in the HRIS, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to ensure a seamless employee journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws is a plus.
• Excellent organization and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS and physical files.
• Process offboarding documents and final pay where applicable.
• Support discipline and grievance documentation and meetings.
• Provide timely responses to employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Partners to ensure a seamless employee experience.
