Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila invites an experienced Senior People Services Officer to oversee onboarding, records management, offboarding, and discipline support, in a hybrid, dayshift role. You will ensure policy compliance, accurate HR data, and high-quality service delivery while partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR partners.

The role reports to the Head of Shared Services. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or a similar administrative HR role.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding, including documentation and system updates.
• Maintain confidential, compliant employee records per local labor laws.
• Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and final pay coordination.
• Assist in employee discipline processes and grievance handling.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed and data is accurate.
