Job summary

Suno is looking for a People Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Davao Oriental, Philippines. This role is key for managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality experience within our growing company.

The ideal candidate will manage our HRIS, support immigration processes, and drive operational efficiencies through automation. With a focus on employee engagement and compliance, you will partner closely with various teams to support our mission of making music accessible to all.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related generalist role, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience managing HRIS and people systems, including migrations and data integrity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail; you keep multiple balls in the air without dropping them.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to processing job changes and managing offboarding.
• Manage and evolve Suno’s HRIS, including leading or supporting system migrations, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Support immigration processes for employees, coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
