Job summary

Powerhouse Innovations Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Human Resources Manager to build the People function as the company scales. You will design and run payroll, benefits, and compliance programs, and act as the single point of contact for HR governance as the group expands.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance frameworks, and HRIS setup, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution to move from startup processes to a mature, auditable HR operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR generalist or People Operations roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law.
• Experience implementing an HRIS or payroll system.
• Proven ability to design onboarding and compensation processes.
• Strong discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Stand up payroll and benefits programs end-to-end.
• Own compliance with DOLE requirements and filings.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection.
• Design onboarding that accelerates first-week contribution.
• Set up compensation frameworks and benchmarking.
• Manage HRIS and daily employee relations.
• Interface with group HR stakeholders for governance.
