Job summary

Trusting Social in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees, ensure efficient HR operations, attract top talent, and drive people programs that support a high-performance culture. You will design processes, ensure labor law compliance, manage payroll and benefits, and maintain HRIS data.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding, and contribute to a compliant, engaged workforce in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience using HRIS platforms and recruitment systems.
• Analytical skills with experience preparing HR reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct market intelligence, salary research, and talent mapping.
• Coordinate payroll reconciliation and liaise with payroll vendors.
• Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance.
• Maintain HR documentation and HRIS data accuracy.
• Organize employee engagement activities and HR communications.
• Support performance management and employee relations activities.
• Assist with employee travel and other HR administrative tasks.
• Participate in HR projects to improve employee experience.
