Purpose of the Role:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient running of Sports Entertainment Network’s Manila based back-of-house office functions, providing support across multiple departments. This role provides operational leadership across human resources administration, staff engagement, payroll approvals, and attendance and leave management. The Operations Manager acts as the central point of coordination between SEN’s Australian and Manila teams, ensuring performance outcomes, consistent processes, compliance with company policy and employment obligations, and a well-run, supportive working environment. You will need to have an overall understanding of staff roles, daily tasks and expectations and be able to lean in and support if roles are not functioning well and manage change if required.
