Job summary

Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation, onsite at the Laguna Calamba location, coordinating with management and staff. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, knowledge of Philippine labor laws, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR and admin experience.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits.
• Experience in payroll preparation, timekeeping, leave administration, and records management.
• Capable of handling general administrative functions, office supplies and facilities coordination, and company documentation.
• Good leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned to the company’s designated work location.
