MedGrocer in Makati City is seeking an HR Officer to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, bridge company strategy with execution, and guide a dedicated team to deliver healthcare services through our digital platform.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws; monitor HR metrics and advocate a positive culture through engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR management or senior supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll standards, and HR administrative best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team while managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Philippine tax and labor regulations.
• Facilitate performance management cycles with guidance to supervisors and consistent feedback loops.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and ensure activities align with company policies.
