MedGrocer in Makati is seeking a People Operations Officer to bridge company strategy with day-to-day HR execution. You will lead a dedicated HR team to deliver efficient people processes and support our healthcare staff.
Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and performance management. You will champion employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and monitor HR metrics to ensure policy alignment.

The People Operations Officer oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team, ensuring that all people processes are executed with excellence and efficiency. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between company strategy and departmental execution, managing team performance, and maintaining a supportive environment to help our staff deliver healthcare services to patients.
You will have the autonomy to refine internal HR workflows and lead impactful operational projects, providing significant professional growth as you manage and develop a dedicated team. By ensuring our internal teams are well-managed and supported through efficient HR processes, you directly enable the organization to improve the health of patients through our digitally-enabled platform.
Supervise daily HR operations, including the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, and record management to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Philippine tax and labor regulations.
Facilitate performance management cycles by providing guidance to supervisors and ensuring consistent feedback loops across the organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and implementing engagement initiatives to maintain a positive culture.
Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify areas for process improvement and ensure all activities align with established company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR management or senior supervisory role.
Practical knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll standards, and HR administrative best practices.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team while managing multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
