Job summary

MedGrocer in Makati is seeking a People and Culture Officer to lead the HR function and ensure excellence in operations. You will supervise daily HR activities, oversee recruitment, onboarding, records, and payroll, and drive compliant, efficient people processes to support the organization.

You will shape performance cycles, address employee relations, and develop programs that foster a healthy culture and impact patient care through strong people operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR management or senior supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll standards, and HR administrative best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team while managing multiple tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and record management.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Facilitate performance management cycles by guiding supervisors and ensuring feedback loops.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics to identify process improvements and ensure policy alignment.
