Job summary

MedGrocer in Makati is seeking a People Operations Officer to bridge company strategy with day-to-day HR execution. You will lead a dedicated HR team to deliver efficient people processes and support our healthcare staff.

Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and performance management. You will champion employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and monitor HR metrics to ensure policy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR management or senior supervisory experience.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll standards, HR admin best practices.
• Proven ability to lead a team while juggling multiple tasks.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations including end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee payroll and benefits processing in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Guide performance management cycles with supervisors and feedback loops.
• Serve as primary contact for employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and ensure alignment with company policies.
