• Strong proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of People Operations Specialists across validation, documentation, exits, and hires.
• Own hub work plan, ensure data accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Oversee onboarding and changes in Workday; ensure audit trails and compliance.
