Job summary

Unilever in the Philippines is seeking a People Operations Team Lead to manage a hub implementing Workday-driven processes. The role focuses on data accuracy, validation, and end-to-end governance across onboarding, moves, promotions and exits.

You will mentor a team, coordinate with the VR team, and drive improvements while maintaining SLAs during the concentrated setup window. Hybrid work in Taguig is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in People Operations, shared service centers, HR advisory or HR partnering with team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with HR processes/policies in multi-country or regional operations.
• Strong proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP).
• Experience with data migration, mergers & acquisitions, or mass-change programmes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage a team of People Operations Specialists and allocate resources.
• Own hub work plan and tracker; balance capacity vs volumes and flag variances.
• Review casework, coach the team and ensure data accuracy.
