Job summary

Unilever is seeking a People Operations Team Lead for the Foods hub in Taguig, on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on leading an implementation team, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as the main interface with the Virtual Resource team to validate Workday data.

You will drive governance, onboarding, and exit processes, while coordinating with in-market partners and Legal to ensure compliant, timely HR data delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in People Operations or HR partnering with team leadership is required.
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country or regional operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hub implementation team delivering People Operations activities.
• Oversee data validation governance and audit trails for HR data.
• Manage onboarding, moves, promotions and exits in Workday.
• Coordinate documentation, exits and appointments to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
