Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting for an HR Operations Team Leader on a fixed-term contract in the Philippines (Asia Pacific). The role is hybrid, reporting to the Global Head of Operations and Enablement, and oversees two organizations during a temporary duplication and transition period.

The successful candidate will manage HR transactions, ensure compliance, supervise Crossover Coordinators, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain audit-ready documentation while sustaining employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similarly process-driven administrative function.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR practices and end to end HR processes.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Ability to manage multiple direct reports and prioritize for them as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Crossover Coordinators: supervise activities to ensure timely and accurate support and first-line escalation.
• Transaction Execution: execute HR and admin system support for HR transactions, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
• Process Improvement: implement improvements to enhance workforce synergy across departments.
• Process Navigation: interpret requests and route transactions across two organizational systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: act as the operational link between cross-org managers and specialist teams.
• Request validation: clarify incomplete or ambiguous requests before acting.
• Compliance & Audit: maintain audit-ready documentation for every transaction.
• Escalation Management: identify cases beyond standard process and elevate to owners.
• Continuous Feedback: surface process gaps and system limitations.
