Job summary

Unilever Philippines is seeking a People Operations Hub Specialist fluent in Thai to manage employee data and lifecycle processes in Workday. The role collaborates with Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT, ensuring accurate data and timely HR documentation in a hybrid setup at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

Strong Thai proficiency and hands‑on Workday experience are non‑negotiable. The role emphasizes data integrity, process excellence, and cross‑functional partnership to deliver a seamless employee

Qualifications

Fluent Thai (spoken and written) required.
Intermediate to advanced Workday experience required.
Experience with employee data management and HR processes.
Experience in onboarding, promotions, and organizational changes.
Experience with compensation/benefits transactions and payroll interfaces.
Experience with Workday reporting and data audits.

Responsibilities

Execute employee data transactions in Workday accurately and efficiently.
Maintain employee records, org assignments, compensation data, cost centers, and more.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies.
Conduct audits and corrective actions to maintain data quality.
Set up Workday profiles for new hires and coordinate onboarding.
Process promotions, transfers, and other lifecycle events in Workday.
Coordinate with stakeholders for timely employee movements and EIB changes.
Support merit increases, bonus plans, and compensation transactions.
Process separations and offboarding, ensuring SLAs are met.
