Job summary

Unilever in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a People Operations Hub Specialist to support Thai-speaking employees with accurate Workday transactions and data management, ensuring privacy across HR systems.

You will collaborate with Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIT to maintain data integrity, drive onboarding, promotions, exits, and reporting, and continuously improve processes for a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

Must have fluent Thai language proficiency (spoken and written).
Intermediate to advanced Workday experience with employee data management, onboarding, promotions and exits.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

Execute employee data transactions accurately in Workday and maintain records.
Set up Workday profiles and handle onboarding transactions.
Process promotions, transfers, and organizational changes; coordinate with markets.
