Job summary

You will coordinate with the VR team, govern data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across global hubs. The position requires strong Workday proficiency, people leadership, and experience with HR processes in multi-country settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience in People Operations with team leadership.
• Familiarity with HR processes in multi-country operations.
• Strong Workday and ServiceNow (or SAP) proficiency.
• Experience with data migration or mass-change programs.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage a team of People Operations Specialists and allocate resources.
• Own hub work plan and tracker; balance capacity against volumes.
• Review casework, coach the team, and provide feedback.
• Protect the employee experience and SLA adherence.
• Act as primary contact for VR team and manage validation queue.
• Own validation control and reconcile sign-offs with audit trail.
• Oversee Workday onboarding, moves, exits and data accuracy.
• Ensure transfer letters and documents are generated and uploaded.
• Oversee exits and internal/external appointments with partners.
• Ensure compensation data flows into payroll and benefits are coordinated.
