Sprout Solutions in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals and advise management on people-related decisions.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management, while driving leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility. Strong knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations is required, with a mindset for process improvement and HR technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• Experience with senior leaders and fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong experience in workforce planning, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
• Knowledge of employee relations, labor regulations, and HR policies.
• Analytical, strong communication and stakeholder management; experience with HR process improvement or automation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and guide people decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing models, and organizational design to support growth.
• Drive performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility.
• Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and HR risk management.
• Develop and improve HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle programs.
• Use people analytics and workforce insights to support decisions and identify process improvements through technology, automation, and AI.
