Sprout Solutions is seeking a proactive executive team member to work closely with the founders on high-priority initiatives, preparing board and investor materials, and driving critical weekly execution. You will act as a trusted extension of leadership, helping to build scalable processes and systems as the company grows.

The role requires comfort with ambiguity, exceptional judgment, and the ability to communicate leadership voice clearly in writing and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with minimal structure.
• Exceptional judgment and discretion handling sensitive, confidential matters.
• Strong academic pedigree from a top local or international university.
• Comfortable being a generalist - no task too small, no problem too big.
• Excellent written communication, able to represent leadership's voice.

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside the founder(s) on top-priority initiatives.
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and key decisions.
• Drive execution on whatever the business needs most that week.
