Job summary

Creative Skin MEDequip, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and performance management.

You will handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, leave management, and compliance with the Philippine Labor Code. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 3 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to start

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business/Office Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with employee relations and engagement best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to draft clear memorandums and notices.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, addressing issues related to performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Handle employee complaints and grievances professionally and confidentially, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the development, review, and enforcement of HR policies in line with best practices, DOLE regulations, and the Philippine Labor Code.
• Organize activities and programs aimed at boosting employee morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
• Oversee the processing and documentation of employee leave and undertime requests.
• Plan and propose team-building events and company celebrations, such as birthdays and other internal occasions.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on feedback.
