Job summary

GH Max Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an HR Associate to assist the HR Specialist in operations, recruitment, training, records management, timekeeping, HRIS functions, and general clerical support for employees.

This role involves supporting screening of candidates, maintaining personnel records, onboarding activities, performance processes, attendance monitoring, and HRIS data updates to ensure smooth HR services across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining physical and electronic records of employees.
• Assists and supports the recruitment process by screening candidates.
• Assists and supports the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with the Core Values set by the Company.
• Assists in conducting pre-employment orientation for newly hired employees.
• Assists and supports the conduct and facilitation of training programs.
• Assists and supports the facilitation of HR-initiated company activities.
• Assists and supports employee relations functions.
• Assists in receiving and assessing incident reports.
• Assists in the preparation and facilitation of the issuance of notices to employees.
• Assists in the preparation and facilitation of the performance management system.
• Assists and supports the conduct of administrative hearings for rank-and-file administrative cases.
• Assists in monitoring timekeeping and attendance records of all employees.
• Assists in preparing payroll-related documents and performing HRIS-related functions.
• Assists in the preparation and submission of monthly attendance reports to department heads.
• Provides leadership and other support functions as required by the immediate head or management.
