Job summary

Maxwell Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Staff to join our fast-growing startup. You will handle full-cycle recruitment for artists, content creators, and admin roles; manage onboarding, contracts, and filing; monitor attendance, payroll data, and staff movements; manage artist files and incubation; and run daily office operations and property coordination.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years HR experience, fluent English, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years solid HR working experience.
• Fluent in English for daily work and recruitment correspondence.
• Familiar with Philippine local recruitment platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (attendance & payroll data).
• Responsible, confidential, detail-minded & adaptable to fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for artists, content creators, operation & admin positions.
• Onboarding, employment & artist contract management and filing.
• Attendance monitoring, payroll recordkeeping & staff movement tracking.
• Artist file management & new artist incubation follow-up.
• Daily office administration & property coordination.
