Responsibilities

• Do clerical works such as filing, checking documents, photocopying, and encoding.
• Keep manpower plantilla up to date.
• Attend to phone calls and coordinate with concerned individuals.
• Do ER2 and R1A reports for newly hired employees.
• Do timekeeping and assist in recruitment field activities.
• Do background checks if needed.
• Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
