Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, BA or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience preferred, especially in Employee Relations or HR Operations.
• Fresh graduates with HROJT or internship welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR processes.
• Experience handling employee concerns, attendance and workplace matters.
• Familiarity with disciplinary processes and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of attendance, leave, movement, disciplinary actions, and records.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain HR trackers and records.

Responsibilities

• Handle and document employee concerns, grievances, and workplace-related matters.
• Assist in disciplinary processes and maintain case documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, employee movement, and other HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and case files.
• Coordinate with employees, management, clients, and internal stakeholders regarding HR concerns.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee-related programs.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to employees during resolution of workplace concerns.
