Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an Analyst, People Solutions to collect, process, and analyze people data to drive data-informed decisions across the business. You will work with the Data and Insights Analytics Manager to build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting systems using Workday and Power BI, transforming insights into strategic opportunities for TaskUs.

Qualifications

• Experience with data mining and predictive analytics to support business decisions.
• Background in People Operations reporting and HR data.
• Proficient in Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Support cross‑functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions.
• Support the build, development and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze people operations data from Workday.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to offer insights into potential strategies.
• Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives for People Operations to stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
